Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at TOPNEWPLACE. You're protected twice: by your statutory rights under UK law, and by our own returns policy on top. Whichever is better for you applies.
1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right (UK law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. This is your statutory right and nothing in our policy reduces it.
2. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
On top of your statutory rights, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery — including simple change of mind.
3. Return Conditions
– Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
– Free of make-up, deodorant or perfume marks
– Proof of purchase (order number) required
4. How to Start a Return
📧 Email ottod8903@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Statutory cancellations are refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods, as required by law.
6. Faulty or Wrong Items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to post anything back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose) apply in full.
7. Exchanges
Fastest route: return for refund and reorder. Check the Size Guide first — it prevents most size returns.
